Medical Mission
Places We've Been
Over the years, AWCAA has conducted several medical missions to various countries in Africa to promote breast cancer awareness, improve chronic disease management, and address the acute care concerns of individuals with limited resources.
While there is a critical need for cancer awareness here in the US, we recognize there is also a tremendous need for awareness and education back home in Africa as well. Thus, we conduct medical missions and offer support to various countries and communities where people of African descent reside.
